I love going to this CVS. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I’ve the coupons! We save a ton and there is almost always some kind of discount. They usually have everything we need and many times when we can’t find what we need, a staff member has gone back to check for us which is an extra mile. ❤ the receipts though are so long, extra paper waste but that’s the only minus I can think of.

This pharmacy has always called me, and it hires the most knowledgeable pharmacist, who has prescribed the right headache medication. Thank you for looking after me so well and inspiring me to spend time with you.

The pharmacy in Santa Ana sent me the wrong medication in the mail. When I called the Costa Mesa explaining to the tech what happened she told me I needed to contact the Santa Ana CVS because they were using the prescription the office sent which wasn’t true. The office never sent over that prescription. The Costa Mesa had the current prescription which was refilled 3 times already. So instead of the tech verifying the prescription with the doctors office they had me to call the CVS. Once again another location refusing to do the job they were hired to do. I know they can be busy but telling customers to call to clarify a prescription isn’t our job but there’s.
