Sometimes I wonder why I ever go to the other large hardware stores in the area. Most of the time, I end up miffed and come to Friedman’s anyway.The selection here is much better than the other large stores. I appreciate the fact that you can still select as many or few items as you need from bins rather than being forced to buy packages of, for example, four.The employees here are knowledgeable and will still walk with the customer to their destination instead of just pointing in a general direction.The only down side is that, in the summer, there is no air conditioning.
