Summary: False Google posting, impatient ownerMy Experience: 11/1/2020 This is the second time I couldn’t find this barber shop. The first time the owner informed me that the Google address posted was wrong and that his shop is on “L” street, he also said I couldn’t attend my appointment because I was late (looking for the shop). I then scheduled a second appointment and went to “Sola Salon” on L Street, the establishment posted as the exterior of Immaculate Cuts Barbershop. Needless to say the doors were locked so I attempted to call the barbershop only have the phone get picked up and quickly hung up. Word of advice to the owner, update your businesses information on Google and work on customer service, I’ve worked with disaster survivor victims with more patience. You cannot blame customers for not arriving due to your own negligence.

This was my first time visiting Immaculate Cuts Barbershop but it will not be my last☺☺☺Torrence did a great job cutting my hair. He listened to me as I explained how I wanted my hair cut and he delivered!!! I was very pleased in fact that he is opened seven days a week and that I could get a haircut on Sunday!!! I was very pleased with my visit!!!

I was waiting outside his barber shop. And I had appt @ 10:30am And he never once ask me, if I had appt with shop . Just make sure if your waiting outside his shop. Tell him U have appt… Never will go back….
