Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They take advantage of desperation. It’s sad a business like this is allowed to operate. Not even close to fifty percent.I took a ring in and was told it was 2.5 grams. I thought that’s not right, so I went to old west down the street. They told me it was 2.5 pennyweights but not something they were interested in. Gold mart same thing 4.3 grams tested real not looking to purchase. Went back to the silver and gold cash for gold desperate for gas money. Told them about the differences in weight. Still wouldn’t budge on original price 50 dollars for 4.7 grams of 18k. I got robbed by this company.

I brought in a 12 gram placer nugget. They tested it at 22k. Even though it is a solid piece of gold they said they had to send it in to be evaluated before they could give me a price. I declined. Never let your gold out of sight for any gold dealer. They make used car salesmen look like honest people. I did sell a gold coin for spot. Only place open during this pandemic that would buy it. So for that they earned one star.
