UPDATE: 2021…Honestly, I am just one person but they really took the time to personalize my customer experince going forward.Scott (GM) and team jumped up to the SNAFU challenges and addressed every issue that I had. What is more impressive is the genuine concern which is a rarity these days.Yes, T.O. has earned the new rating and my confidence from a one to FIVE STARSThe Back story:Purchased a Certified Preowned 2014 vehicle with a seven year warranty as advertised in August 2017.I took my car in for service on Aug.19th,2020 at Thousand Oaks dealership and I have been there on several other occasions. However; now I am being told it is a six warranty that has expired in Feb 2020 not Feb 2021.I was informed the Up to 7-years is often not honored and generally 6-year. Yet, all advertisement and websites indicate seven years.I received no documentation of such change at time of purchase, warrant expiration nor would I have bought the vehicle under a 6 year when other manufactures offer longer.I contacted the executive leadership -CEO, North America Market, etc with my concerns via email (4 page PDF) detailed evidence to support my seven-year status. The corporation did respond and assigned it to Miss K Vicarro (CRC). However, after discussion on Sept 17th, I have not received any further response as promised by 9/21/2020 by Miss Vicarro or the Thousand Oaks dealership.In addition, the Thousand Oaks dealership hold my car for fourteen (14) days and failed to perform/complete any work on the vehicle – due to (?) warranty dispute. They did not review the recall items or contact me regarding the status of the vehicle after my subsequent discussion. This is a common practice I was told that the CONSUMER miss understands the warranty length.The vehicle first purchase date was 2/23/2014 and that is misrepresentation 2014 +7years = 2/23/2021Filed a BBB.org complaint and I wish I had read Lou Bermudez review, it may have saved me from this insulting life experience.If you’ve been there you know they have covered parking but they put my car almost in the street in the hot sun for pickup away from everyone else… No Joke!

Andreas was great! He truly was working extremely hard to earn our business, unfortunately the wife didn’t like the vehicle and we drove off empty handed. However, I would give him 5+ STARS for his time and effort. I would recommend Andreas to friends and family.
