Made me pay in advance! Did not use pre-spray, did not remove any of the heavy dirt and stain of the traffic area. When I complained, he said This is clean. You will not get it any better than this. So I brought in Daniel of All Season Carpets. Pictures below show the entry way JM claimed was as clean as they could get it. Then the picture of All Season where it is clean. Another picture shows edge where All Season Cleaned and it did get clean and you can see the boundary where JM cleaned it and it is not clean. JM will not refund (they said they would, but my credit card company said they would inform me immediately when the refund comes in – and it has not come in.) Also JM charged me $371 for 5 rooms. All Season Carpets will charge $200 for 5 rooms and do a much better job.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Paid 350 Dollars for what was supposed to be a deep carpet shampoo. Awful job. Called next day to complain and was told would receive a call back from a manager but never received a call back. Also left message regarding poor service on the website and never received a response. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

It was terrible he (Biily) did two bedrooms ,hall and living room plus my queen size mattress. I had to leave for my appointment and left him with my 83 yrs old father-in-law I was back home an hour later and he was gone. So he did all that work an 1 hour and that’s not counting filling the machine with water as well as loading and unloading his equipment I called the company and complained I even had pictures he assured me that Billy would be back that same day he never showed up I tried calling back my call was never answered it would go to voicemail the receipt that was left has no address. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! And it cost me $289.00
