Regarding Walgreens at Demeree in Visalia, CA.My last refill was delayed a week since doctor authorization was send to previous physician. After finding what was causing delay I provided current physician name. After 2 days I contacted current physician and the had no Walgreens request but send them authorization.Also, my wife had a 30 day refill authorization. Contacted Walgreens to do a 90 day refill to comply without insurance. Was told to contact physician to authorize 90 days. In interim, received Walgreens automated message that delay was due to insurance. My wife came into Walgreens to resolve and was told the 30 day was ready. She I formed them physician had send 90 day authorization and they checked their computer, told to wait 20 minutes or come back for 90 day refill.
