Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I paid to get a receiver installed and the job took a lot longer than they said the quality is bad and also my speakers pop every time i turn my car on. Aside from that there is a small compartment on my center console that no longer closes thx to them and they refused to take responsibility for it.

geek squad did an excellent job of resolving my issues. I was not able to use a sd card reader i had purchased. The Geek Squad representative was helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my issue quickly and I left Best Buy feeling happy and that I had been given the help I needed to solve my / GREAT JOB !!!!!

I would highly recommend trying the Geek Squad at this Best Buy in Mountain View. Precious was amazing! Super helpful and respectful. It’s nice to come in with an item that doesn’t work as well, and then walk out after about an hour and it’s working better than ever. While at the same time having a human work with you who is happy, and passes on their happiness to you.
