The young men who help stock the floors are always kind and helpful. The front desk lady’s were typically kind to me, until today. I wanted tk purchase a peice of furniture that was very obviously used and missing a vital peice to make to function. It was priced at over $150+ as if all the peices were there and it was brand new, and it very obviously wasn’t. I thought I it was a Good deal because it was 50% off furniture day. I went to inquire about the missing peice a delivery fee, but the girl working the front informed the delivery fee would be $8 because I live extremely close by. I called my friend for a second opinion and by the time I made my decision the girl helping me went on break and a older hispanic lady took over and changed the price and hold me the delivery fee was actually $15 dollars and there was a new handing feeI politely told her that is not what the younger lady had told me and her response was you can wait for her to come back from break if you would like but why would she tell you that. She treated me with disrespect and dismissal.I was an avid shopper here for a while but won’t be supporting them until they can train there front employees to handle customers with more respect and give more accurate information to customers regarding prices. .
