When I first entered Quality Furniture in Visalia, I was very surprised. The staff was very friendly and the owner Richard gave us a really good deal…or so I thought. I paid in full for a couch that I loved on February 15, 2021 and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. Every time I call, I am told another 2 weeks and I think I have been more than patient as today is June 3rd and was just told once again 2 more weeks. They were quick to take my money but are taking way too long to deliver the couch I purchased. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Richard is by far the coolest owner I’ve ever come across!I walked into the store and was met by a sales associate that took care of me right away and brought me to the most gorgeous couch I’d ever seen. I fell in love with it immediately!After sitting on it for a little bit and thinking it over if this was THE ONE, Richard walked over and introduced himself and we clicked immediately! He has such an enormous personality that fills you with so much glee!Richard explained that he never wants to sell a floor model but could tell I was so in love with it that he would bend for me if I really wanted it.Richard and I chatted and he gave me the most wonderful compliments as I explained I was a first time home owner looking for my dream couch and he was so excited to witness that process happen for me and that he was able to make it happen!I highly recommend Quality Furniture to anyone and everyone! The sales associates were lovely!! But being able to be helped personally by the owner made the whole experience so personal and amazing! I’ll be forever grateful for my experience with Richard here as he aided greatly in me being able to bring my dream couch home!!I really appreciated the genuine vibes Richard gave me as he followed up with me personally about my scheduled delivery for my new couch! He gave me lots of confidence in the process of something I will own for a very very long time!Thanks a million, Richard!!
