Lumo is a really great shop with helpful, knowledgeable, and patient employees.A note: When returning a purchase within the return window, I discovered that they will not offer refunds, instead offering only store credit.This is not posted anywhere, and it can make it very difficult to purchase gifts there with any assurance or piece of mind.If shopping for yourself or with the recipient present, I highly recommend it. But I would not shop for gifts there unless you’re absolutely sure you know what you’re after.
