This Ralph’s store 133 has the new scan bag and go feature. you can either download it to your phone as an app or grab one of the handhelds that they provide, go through the store beep in all the items you are purchasing. take your items to the front as you’ve already paid with a card that you either swipe through the handheld or you have on your phone already. Super fast and easy, One of the associates looks at your receipt on the handheld or on your phone and you’re good to go.

Okay, I have been to several Ralph’s grocery stores since recently moving here, and I must say the staff at pretty much ALL of the Ralph’s are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. However, I must give some high fives and five stars to two (2) exceptional individuals, Aiden & Nadine at the meat and fish counter. Here are two people that exemplify customer service! These two make me want to return to THIS specific Ralph’s location! And I will! It is a bit out of the way, but friendly, helpful service like that is worth a few extra miles! Five Stars to Aiden and Nadine!!
