Ordered Tires online, had them delivered there and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Went to appointment and had to wait 2 hours to have them installed, like why bother making an appointment if you have to wait that long anyway. Staff were respectful, had no issues there, just don’t understand how an appointment would take that long. The last 10 minutes they tell me one of my rims was bent, but why wouldn’t they tell me ahead of time and not the last minute. After I left I got gas and noticed they didn’t even put valve stem caps on. Can’t believe that, I surely thought they’d at least give you those. Oh well, I’ll just go to America’s Tire next time.

I went online and made an appointment for 10am. I actually showed up on time at a pep boys down the street on time. I had them call the other store and i got there about 10 minutes later. I waited patiently in line. They tell me it will take 1.5 hours to finish. I ask them why. The man says there are people ahead of you. I said i had an appointment. He says 3 people had an appointment at the same time. You made yours today and it shouldnt have let you. He adds in you also went to the wrong one. I ask if i had been here on time what wohld have been the differences. I asked for a manager in the parts department and the man and woman say their both managers. I think ivgot as far as i made an appointment over their and she says…let me stop you before you say anything else. We dont have anything to do with them. I said your the same comlany shouldnt it interest you? Answer…no. Whaaaat? What is wrong with people today. What is arong with having a conversation, talking over the situation and coming to an amicable understanding. I will never use them for automotive service ever again. The shop area was clean and i would by parts from them but as far as trusting people like this in the future to actually help a customer is something these people care nothing about.
