Made me wait in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a modem, something that should have been done in 30 seconds. I didn’t even need any service but still had to waste a significant part of my life. They should just have an equipment return dropbox in front for people to chuck their modems.

Go here if you have a death wish or have patience of a monk and a day to burn. Long torturous wait is matched by rudest customer service you can imagine. This is what happens when there is no competition. All I wanted to do was to return an equipment.
