Why is it every time I go into this particular location, the shelves in the pet care aisle are bare. I would understand if it were a super sale weekend, or some local dog holiday, but no. To the untrained eye, one might say, increase your inventory order or staffing if it’s a workload issue. Something simple as a reconfiguration of shelving would accommodate added inventory. Because as a retailer, you do understand the fight for shelf space while at the same time, don’t lose touch with the consumer and their perspective. Whatever the challenge, from this side of the looking glass, it might seem that you don’t care. Perhaps Walmart is trying to be too many things to too many people and that doesn’t always hit the mark. Perhaps taking a lesson from one of the many grocer giants would be a nice field trip to better understand that continually having empty shelves does not make happy customers nor does it add to the bottom line.

I rarely go here, but now it seems more organized, nicer to shop in. I was here looking for black food coloring gel, they didn’t have like it said online. I did get food coloring pens, we had a Halloween cookie decorating and pumpkin carving contest for our teen, young adults nieces and nephews. Kids had a great time in our backyard, we had the best Halloween just watching them.
