I’m so disappointed with the pharmacy! When they were OWEN’s they were great, caring people, and I never had a problem. Today is day three of not having a RX ready for pick up, no text, nothing after checking in person the last 2 days. We need OWENS back! CVS I’ll be looking for a new, friendly locally owned pharmacy, one that resembles OWENS friendly, caring, attitude, with the best customer service!

Unprofessional and horrible at communication with doctor or patient . Told my my ob nurse practitioner couldn’t prescribe me a meter for my gestational diabetes and I called and they told me my nurse fills them all the time. It’s just this pharmacy that’s weird. I’d recommend anywhere but here especially if you don’t have time to wait for you’re prescriptions ex. I have GD and need to test my sugars before I can even eat
