Nice staff but not really helpful because the sales floor looked like a tornado just came through. Couldn’t even shop because it was a mess. I had intentions of making a purchase but had to leave because it was unshoppable.

The employees here are much more considerate of their shoppers. I stopped by the location in brea just to get side eyed by 2 employees upon entrance. Really rude in brea.If think if I ever have to bring my girlfriend or sisters to a Windsor again, I will be driving the extra 4 miles to get treated better.

Store manager is extremely rude and refused my refund claiming she could not process returns from the online store purchased through a promotion. I spoke to a customer service representative today (who was extremely helpful) and was told the manager should have accepted my return and there was no reason for her not to. Unprofessional behavior, I do not recommend this location.
