The owner Rod is an arrogant and horrible with no respect for others and has no costumer service. If I had the choice I would give this review zero stars. Some of the other employees may be good but if you spend you money here you should seriously contemplate your existence as there are much better places to spend it. Other surf stores in Laguna have much friendlier and more knowledgeable shop assistants.
