I’ve been coming here for years and the coffee is amazing and for the most part I have had no issues with any of the nice staff until recently an employee named Carter treated me in an unprofessionally abrasive and rude manner regarding a simple question about my drink. I asked to speak with a manager regarding the treatment but was informed by Carter that he was the manager as well?? Although Carter is a poor reflection on how employees should represent the Philz brand, the coffee is undeniably worth it. Hopefully the Philz management can put a stop to abusive managers like Carter though.

You can never be disappointed with the sorcery they blend into your cup here. I had a medium silken splendor and my husband ordered the Tesora. Pair it with their breakfast turkey sandwich and enjoy by the beach, COVID style.

Coffee was great , plenty of people waiting to get coffee but was done in a timely manner. Employees were nice and very accommodating. Great place!
