I’ll pay extra just to ride past that place and get better customer service.

Never getting car wash or gas at this location ever again.

Avoid whenever possible. Pumps are often out of service – like the diesel is now. Mostly rude and sometimes very high employees, (a few are nice!) , every night they shut down the pumps entirely for a ‘shift change’, often for a half hour, or more while a few employees are hanging out inside laughing, and customers are waiting outside in one of the more dangerous neighborhoods in the area. I’ve lived in Oakland 20+ years and it’s by far the scariest, weirdest gas station I’m aware of.

Register person was rude when I asked her a simple question. Down the street from where I live but they just lost my business…

Pump prompted me to go inside to pay with credit. Attendant was nice, but it turns out they only take cash and debit. Lovely. Luckily, I found a $10 bill; otherwise, I’d have been stuck. Probably won’t return unless I absolutely have to.
