The first time I used this place I had the greatest service so I figured why not again. This time I wish I went somewhere else. They said they would get to me right away on Monday if I brought it to them Monday. So I did they put me on the back burner and when I asked to speak to manager and did he promised he would pay for 12 days of rental and would get to my car right away. They did work on my car right away but when it came to paying the rental they didn’t pay the right amount they said they was told that the daily rate was because I didn’t do something but everyone knows that if u don’t do a whole week u get charged daily rates as well so I lost a lot of money on this repair shop then what I ever should of and I’m just supposed to accept it so that’s ok I’ll take what I’m only given and I’m letting everyone else to know that Ron says one thing and cheats you out of what your supposed to get here’s what I got and the bill that shows both weekly and daily rates n it including taxes and the extra charge for rerenting a vehicle each week so I have to pay that as well and don’t get reimbursed for that either. I called the office every Monday to let them know I was needing to rerent the vehicle. But since I had switched out one vehicle for another I think that’s were some confusion was on supposedly me not letting someone know but I called the hertz office were I went to from the beginning each Monday afternoon after talking to the repair shop. I shouldn’t of lost out on as much money as I did since I chose to get rental reimbustment from insurance I should of had to pay not even 4.00 out of pocket each day for 20 days and 12 days free from Ron but that’s not what I paid I got 500 from insurance and 317.79 from Ron and I paid out 966.39. I pd 148.60 when I shouldn’t even of pd 80. So I got screwed out of money and it took 4 weeks and 4 days because they never even sent my insurance the estimate until the second week . So i had to use a rental and not take our service dog with us like we are supposed to for so long because of them… I bragged on them the first time so much and this is how I’m treated as a returned customer WOW I know what to do if I ever have to get a car fixed again that is TO NOT GO HERE.

“Kyle #1” and “#2” exuded excellent customer service skills and look the time to explain the whole process of the work that the would do to my beloved car. I appreciated the laughs and in making me feel that my car was in good hands. When talking to my AAA specialist who was in charge of my claim, even he was happy to know that I chose 1st Certified collision as who would be working on my car as he has great rapport with them and knows them by name! I was given a time of 11 days for the completion of work on my car and we’re able to complete repairs in a weeks time!!! This saved me money on a rental car. Overall I give this place five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for the laughs, Kyle #1
