This place is great. Everytime I go I end up always going to the help desk explaining my situation, be it a toilet or a hot water heater problem, and they always point me in the right direction. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend.

If you want to be judged and embarrassed when you’re trying to spend good money it’s a perfect place to go, if you want to know what discrimination is by all means best place to go if you want to feel belittled I recommend this place otherwise if you actually want to go somewhere where it’s a welcoming environment and the customer service actually helps you I would recommend O’Reilly’s or any other place but Floyd’s. I will never be going there again.
