I came to drop something off at 8:10, ten minutes after posted opening time and no one has opened the place. Often there would be a line and I see three or four people in there and only one would be serving customers.

No constant schedule during holidays. Will be closed without giving the public a warning as to why but will give you hours for holidays. Won’t warn you your package will be delivered to site and that it’ll be closed that day (weekday).

Horrible, customer service! all I wanted to do was drop off a package, no receipt needed, just a simple drop off. I got there 1 min after closing time and she did not want to take my package so I slid it through the door and I got the middle finger. UNREAL!!!!! my package is still not being scan, all for What!!! I wish I would have gotten her name!!!!!!! GRINCH!!!!!
