Great products, but customer service is a bit less than what it used to be. Went in for a battery replacement and I asked if it was under warranty. I didn’t have invoice under emergency situation and don’t know if I even kept it from 3yrs ago. I asked if it could be at least pro-rated from the manufacturing date and they still said no.I remember having this exact same issue last time, and they in fact did pro-rate the battery for me last time.
