I usually do not write reviews but I was appalled by this flower shop as I have never encountered a business like this. Not understanding towards their customers’ requests, quite rude. I requested for delivery and added a few requests since their website allowed for requests to be made; they were not even difficult requests. Simple ones, in fact. Once I made the order, the following day they REFUNDED my order without explanation (which they should); so, I called. A woman answered saying too many requests, we are busy. Look for another shop. I was so shocked due to the lack of consideration and lack of understanding of how important the flowers were for someone. I was even more shocked when she said we are busy so she cancelled my order (I did not even order too many flowers, just one order!); they are a business so I was just greatly shocked.

I was so very pleased at the beautiful roses we sent to our granddaughter for her birthday. We live in Florida and because of the virus could not be with her. I randomly picked Pink D flowers and will definetly use them again. I took a chance on a flower shop I knew nothing about and they did an amazing floral presentation. Beautiful!!! Thank you.

Went here during the pandemic a few days ago. I didn’t think they would be open, but they were. The florist practices social distancing, was wearing gloves and face mask covering. They have some pre-arranged flowers in various sizes to select from or they can make you something custom. I just wanted what was already done. The quality of the arrangement was really great and overall i have a very good experience, would highly recommend.
