Went to Macy’s to get my husband some pajamas. This is a really nice store and it has 3 floors dedicated to men. We found what we needed and headed to the cash register. I had some coupons from another purchase what had made in the jewelry fruit, so as we made it purchase I have them to the clerk but they didn’t work. She called over another employee and she said of it didn’t work these are old. So I asked them to call a Manager to see if we could use the coupons. After about 15-20 min the mgr showed up and took a look at the coupons and explained that he would make them current so that we could use them for the purchase. He was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We are very happy with our purchases.
