I would say 3.5 stars and that’s for the people at the branch. The atm is constantly getting stuck, or not accepting deposits. Just yesterday it ate about 200 dollars my mom deposit and her debit card so we had to call navy federal and wait until it got reset to get the debit card. We haven’t even seen the deposit yet. So it literally ate $200 dollars.
