My medication was not all filled , I had requested my lorazepam for anxiety. They told me my medication Monday they would contact my doctor but I was not contacted days later saying it was filled. Then after I went to pick up my lorazepam was missing of all medications. That is not all my medication and the pharmacy tech was rude to me just saying the doctor haven’t got back to them. Apparently they have not attempted further to contact my doctor. I suffer with ptsd and am struggling due to covid. I’ll probably be out for another month before I get relief

I stopped in this store for some items and was surprised by the Cashier who seemed it was appropriate to call up another customer who was waiting in line and ring our items up at the same time while she was occupied with items behind the counter. Not sure what this Cashier was thinking. We are in the middle of a Pandemic and not following the basic safety Covid-19 protocol is just not smart. It is not possible to stay 6ft. apart in this store. I asked if her Manager was around and she gestured to a woman next to her. I told the Manager that it was not safe for the Cashier to multi task by ringing up more than one customer at a time. Why wouldn’t the Manager come up and relieve some of the customers in line. It is their store to manage, and this means even ringing up some of the customers. There are way to many other stores to shop at. I just don’t feel that I should have to say anything, some people just don’t even get basic customer service. I have never seen a cashier ring up more than one person at a time. Why bother waiting in line.

we had the worst experience with Maria the store manager, She didnt accept our return because product was not working and after talking over the phone and in person she gave me only 25%back in total and after getting home she called back and started talking very rude that why we did it. I JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW IS SHE ALLOWED TO WORK THERE AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT… very unprofessional
