The most outstanding and superior customer service in all of Red Bluff, and the best price in town on my brand. Extensive line of all things that should be in a smoke shop. They know what I get and have it on the counter before I even get to the counter! They know their repeat customers well! I moved across town but still make the effort to drive back across town to patronize them. Allegedly they aren’t a real vape store . I wouldn’t know but I’ve read a couple not so nice reviews about crybaby capers complaining about their vapes breaking. Sounds like a problem that come with the territory of using a machine to me…

Very nice gentleman, but doesn’t stand behind his products. I bought a vape there, and within 5 minutes I returned because it didn’t work. I immediately called the shop only to get voice mail. There were 2 people working there, maybe someone could have stopped flapping their guns and answered the business phone.So I drove there, and was told there are no refunds or exchanges on vapes and the woman told me we always tell people to try them at the counter before they leave. I wasn’t told to do so, and what difference would it make if there’s no refunds or returns? Contradict yourself much???I’ve been buying these vapes elsewhere for over a year, and NEVER had a defective one. Sadly I decided this was the last time I could patronize this business. I’ve also bought 3 e cigarette in the last 4 months to only to have ZERO of them work more than a month. Funny, the e cig I bought from the dispensary a year ago which I use daily as my primary vape and the ones from the cigarette store I would use every few days.My advice to the GiGi shop owner- quit buying your products from WISH and go through a reputable distributor so you can stand behind your products.
