Went there to get luggage repaired. Their warranty policies are generous and fair and the staff is very helpful. They even arranged to ship the repaired luggage back to me so I don’t have to make another trip. I just wish they had more locations in the city. Rodeo Drive is a pain to get to!

Prior to writing my review here, I reached out to Rimowa’s HQ to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received by the Southern California regional manager Kris. Kris was very instrumental in procuring me an original aluminum cabin small spinner, and personally delivered it to my hotel. It was under unusual circumstances, but she followed through and I certainly appreciated it very much. If I’m ever back in Los Angeles, I’ll stop by. Thanks again Kris!
