Crooks! 2 occasions they have been to my house. Both occasions they either broke beyond repair, what they were trying to fix or charged us for parts that didn’t fix the problem.

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service on a brand new product only 4 months old. Was told to fork up more money for a different product in exchange for the one that was originally purchased when there was no issue with the initial product besides needing a very simple servicing job. Staff is very rude, unreasonable, and very difficult to work with. Would give them zero stars if i could.
