Super knowledgeable about keys.I had lost my mortocyle key and they went through the effort of copying me a key and allowing my bike to stay in their shop overnight without charging me extra. They managed to even provide me information on 2 motorcycle key codes I had which I thought was to the bike I post the keys too and they gave me full information on where those codes belong to. Unlike Lockworld who just took the code and gave me random keys knowing it didn’t match my bike. These guys came through!!

Damaged my door while installing a lock set I purchased from them. Paid $178 for a professional installation job. Tape was not applied when the hole was enlarged to fit so the wood came off between the deadbolt and handle set. When called they indicated four different ways it was my fault and my problem. Won’t patch it, won’t hire someone to patch it, and won’t take it off and reinstall except at great cost.

Went in to get a a key for my Honda cut. Couldn’t have had better service. The key didn’t work the first few times and the shop adjusted it for me. They even explained why it might not be working since I have older locks.
