The boss Korean lady is really pushy. If you’re a student please don’t print anything here. It’s $1.50! I’ll never forget because she said it multiple times for everyone to here. It was not a good experience. Print somewhere else and come back if you need to send anything out. Other places such as Office Depot have much better prices for printing. I feel like I got ripped off. The boss needs to go to class for customer service. Go somewhere else instead of going here and feeling uncomfortable.

Seunghye and Joe Kim really went above and beyond with their customer service today. I had a large framed painting with odd dimensions that I wanted to ship across the country. They both spent a while with me (probably to the chagrin of other customers, but oh well ¯_(ツ)_/¯) to try to figure out the best way to ship it while trying to keep costs as low as possible. They eventually MacGyvered some cardboard and bubble wrap together in a way that made me feel the painting would be secure during transit, all while keeping the shipping price (including insurance) below $40! I really couldn’t have been happier. Finding a good UPS is like finding a good nail salon – it’s hard, but once you find one, you won’t go anywhere else. That’s how I feel about this location based on my service today.Side note: On Yelp, there seem to be a lot of bad reviews specifically directed toward Mrs. Kim, calling her “mean” and whatnot. I promise, y’all have NOT truly met a mean Asian lady if you think Mrs. Kim is one. Just because she doesn’t overly smile and kowtow to you doesn’t mean she’s rude. She’s just practical and gets the job done. Thanks for your help Mrs. Kim!
