I went in at the very last minute before closing and the man allowed me to come. I offered to come back the next day but he said to come in. I went to the counter and asked him about lightening a color of paint. He still took the time to make me a sample to try. He told me he wrote down the formula and he would work with me trying to experiment with shades of the color I was trying to lighten.I was so impressed that he even let me in when he was just closing the doors -(sealed me as a permanent customer then). He continued to help me with things that could have waited. I would have been happy with him just telling me he would be able to help with what I was asking and to come back tomorrow. I myself probably would not have went to that length to help by doing all that at closing time.I am going to praise this branch and hopefully my word will bring them much business. Their prices also were better than Home Depot – which was where I was told that trying to make a color lighter could not be done. Thank You Home Depot ~ because of you I found a great place to go for my related needs.

Easy transaction by phone with curbside delivery by salesperson wearing appropriate gear, reassuring that Sherwin Williams cares about their employees and customers. Color samples in resealable containers are great. Paint worked well for our project. 1st time shopping at this particular location, would return for any future paint needs.
