My husband purchased a new pair of shoes for walking. He was personally fitted using a 3-D image. The sales person was super knowledgeable about the brands of shoes that would fit every aspect of his feet. He ended up with the perfect pair with an upgraded insole for much-needed arch support. The whole process took about 30 minutes of one on one time with the sales person. Worth every minute and beyond our expectations.

I like that they let you jog outside the store with the shoes before you decide if you want to buy them, so you can make sure they are comfortable. They have other color options online–I wanted all-black shoes because that would look cool, but they only had them online rather than in-store, so I tried on an identical shoe at the store but in a different color and they ordered the color I wanted to the store and it arrived in about a week, so I went back to the store and tried the shoes on–just to double check that they fit well–before deciding to buy them. I even asked them to transfer an item–black pants–from another store to theirs so I could try it on in-store to make sure it fit me before buying (because they only had the XL version in-store and I needed to see if the L size fit).
