6:15 p.m. Sunday 2/16/20The guy totally ignored me. I was one of two customers in the whole store waiting in plain view for his help. He had some free time in which he casually did a few things behind the counter. Didn’t even look at me. I had to ask him if he was free, after which he dryly asked if it would be a short question. Good customer service includes taking a nanosecond to at least acknowledge the customer and let them know you’ll be with them. He needs to be taught some people skills.
