After picking up a pair of Drop/Sennheiser headphones, I needed an amp as my motherboard was underpowered and decided on the ARC MK2. Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst customer experience with Mayflower Electronics and had to deal with them for 91-days to sort out a series of problems with the unit. Buyer beware if you think you may need to deal with them. I’ve provided some details below for those interested.First, they didn’t insert the right documents to get the unit through customs into Canada. Then the unit started to act up as it would randomly spike to max volume, breaking my eardrums, or the volume dial wouldn’t work. It then took three weeks of confusing back and forth to issue a refund after receiving the defective unit, which ended up having the wrong firmware.I have been appalled by how they have dealt with all of the issues above. They rarely missed an opportunity to sass me, complain about how it was nearly the end of the day and that they’ll see if they can get to it tomorrow, or outright ignore my emails. If I called, they would brush me off and tell me to email them. Moreover, they wouldn’t exchange the broken unit (so I could continue to use my headphones uninterrupted by repairs) because they didn’t want to delay filling new orders. Nice.If Mayflower had dealt with this all professionally, I would have happily had them repair the unit and not asked for a refund. Mistakes happen, and I get that. But I didn’t want to support this type of behaviour, so I found an alternative solution that works with my PC set-up with PC38X.

I don’t know where to begin. I cannot say it enough I highly recommend them. Being the CEO of a decent size company it is easy to appreciate how busy we all can get but no matter what i’ve ever needed Mayflower has been there!!I cannot recommend them enough A++++
