I love this location. Not too big and not too small. This weeks find is the Boom Chicka Pop corn….white chocolate and peppermint drizzled on kettle corn. Two bags for 78 cents!! I bought one bag, opened it up in the car to test, and ended up running back in and bought six more bags. If you like peppermint patties, you will go crazy for this popcorn. Great for work snacks, memorial parties….it is delicious!!

I have been shopping at this store for at least 3 years. When the store owners changed, I began to see a decrease in the quality of the staff and how the store was being maintained. Despite these changes, I continued to shop there because I have a commitment to shop at stores in my neighborhood. I purchased a package of organic turkey meat yesterday (9/25/20) and I tried to return it today, and to my dismay, the store leads were not only unprofessional but completely incompetent. Both Hispanic ladies (they claimed to be Brittany and Kimberly but they didn’t have name tags on) told me that I could not return the meat without a receipt. Instead of trying to help me, I had to demand to speak to the store owners, Alejandra and Victor Valencia. They told me they could not be reached and I had to come back M-F between 8 and 2. I told them that I am a dedicated and frequent shopper and that I was receiving poor customer service from them. I do not plan to shop at that particular Grocery Outlet again because loyal customers are not important to them. Mr. and Mrs. Valencia, you need to train your staff to have good customer service skills, and you need to make sure they know your names. The two ladies that claimed they were leads had to look at your picture hanging from the ceiling to get your last name. Beware of the meat, it may be spoiled even though the expiration date is still good.

Staff is very unprofessional and anti social. I tried small talk to be nice and all you get is word or two. They will not bag unless you buy their bags.
