Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Since we have to wear a mask they will watch you like you are stealing because they can’t see your face I guess. But being a Black man I felt I was watched far more. I had shades on inside the store so I can see their eyes wandering…lol. Also when they lady went back to get my son size she called someone to watch me, because soon as she came out, she looked right at me even though there were other customers in the kids section. She could of at least spoke and ask if I’m finding everything ok or something. Their employees need to be more tactful and retrained on customer service.

So I walked in and I was in desperate need for some good quality shoes. I had some beat up Fila sneakers and my feet were swollen from pushing carts at myjob. I walked into the store and immediately this helpful lady came to help me. She asked what I was looking for and I told her my situation. She offered me a pair to try on as well as other brands that their store DID NOT have and was their competitor. I went over there to check it out but I decided to come back. She had a cute smile on her face and she greeted me back. I asked for the pair that she offered me, and she came back and brought different colors and different sizes without me even asking. she said that since I told her I pushed carts in my job, she recommended a darker color so that it would not get dirty easily. She was the freaking BEST! That’s the definition of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll be definitely coming back!
