I had recently set up an appointment here bc of family matters. Just wanted highlights and a haircut. Was booked an appointment. Lady wanted to see my hair in person before going forward with appointment that’s already booked. Was asked to come in at 11:30 I cannot as I work 40+ hours a week plus class on top of it. I asked if there was another time I could come in. She said no and canceled my appointment.

Karen is amazing, I called the salon got in the next day. She did an amazing job, a few weeks later she did my son’s hair as well and again did an amazing job. I definetely recommend her and this salon. I always have trouble trusting anyone with my hair, but now shes the only one I trust to do my hair. Love this place and her!!!
