Excellent customer service from manager Cynthia. I drove miles for a pair of shoes I had really wanted and when they didn’t fit she even went with me to the shoe section and helped me look for a pair in a smaller size and she found them! Very happy customer! Love the shoes so much! Thank you 🙂

This Nordstrom Rack is big and has a lot of good deal inside. Two floors with different products while the products are very organized. Kinda surprised how organized it would be. Fitting room is still unavailable for customer, kinda forcing me to buy everything back and return it after. The waiting time in line is a bit too long tho

Impressed with the staff. Very friendly and helpful even when store was very busy. The security guard helped me with picking up an online package. It was refreshing to encounter a store employee that prioritizes helping customers over that’s not my job mentality. I’ll be back.
