As usual, EVERY single time I come to this particular Footaction, I am greeted with nothing short of professionalism & dedicated employee’s. I would HIGHLY recommend not only the Footaction company in general, but ESPECIALLY this location in particular. Frank (the manager) is probably one of the best manger’s when dealing with not only me, but other customer’s as well who need help with almost anything in general. Most, if not all of the employee’s working at this particular location deserve a raise. Karl included.

Very good customer service, asked for specific shoe, color, and size, representative was able to understand completely, and hold the shoe while I drive there. Shoe was exactly as described. Cannot find a better place for customer service on buying shoes. Highly recommend.
