The girls at the store fitted my son for a new pair of goggles and talked us out of the ones we normally buy for a more expensive pair. They immediately leaked on his first lap of wearing them at a meet warmup. We adjusted them to no avail. Tried to return them the following weekend and the same girl who assured us that they fit him rudely stated that once they’re worn in the water the goggles are not returnable. What?! I was a nationally ranked, Div 1 college scholarship swimmer and I have never been treated so poorly by a swimming supplier. I will just order online for better pricing and the same (or better) customer service.

This is a great place to buy anything for swimming, the two girls that work here do a great job. I brought my 2 girls and they were very patient for them to try on and for the swimsuits and googles. Also they were very kind in explaining us lots of things about different skin and hair products. And even swimsuits care products. Very recommended.

Unfortunately, have to concur with previous comments . I walked in for supplies for my daughter that is on hs. swim team . Two older woman working there seem very disinterested , not helpful at all. They just carried on with their own conversation . When she saw that I became annoyed she tried to help but said wrong thing – trying to insist my daughter was certain size . Instead would have been more helpful to show us what they had and suggest trying a couple sizes , that did not happen. I went thru rack and picked out a couple sizes so my daughter could try on. Will not return to store . I will drive to Huntington store instead.
