They diagnose the problem very quickly and help me save money in the process.

Large and spacious. Regulated for entry with good care. Even a designated temperature taker at the door. Well kind of a gate it’s not a door. And behind the gate there’s a crew of people to get you on the list and answer questions. Very helpful!

Rude customer service, poorly organized line. Booked my pick up time for already purchased device, yet still had to get in 3 lines to get inside

This store may be nice but I never got the chance to visit. I got off early from work and went by the mall to grab a few things when the Apple store caught my eye and I decided to wander in and see what’s new over there since I have a been in a store for at least a year. I saw this sign and was encouraged that maybe we’ve gotten to the point where I don’t need an appointment to come in but boy was I flippantly and rudely told that is not the case by a young man out front. I explained that I haven’t been to the store in a while and wanted to see what’s new he immediately retorted, “there’s nothing new!”And explained in a very offhanded way that the only way I could come in was if I had an appointment. Now that’s all well and good to require an appointment but when you have a sign out front that doesn’t say that and the young man who’s in charge of explaining what to do is about excited for me coming in as getting a tooth pulled where does that leave me, the customer that wants to spend money??Apple you usually do much better than this and I hope this is just a one off occurrence. Concerned shareholder.
