The Pharmacy staff is completely incompetent, they had an entire hour to get my prescription ready and they complained that backed up. The truth is they weren’t doing anything behind that counter, I will never use CVS again.

I don’t know the words to explain the feeling of getting home to realized they forgot to put your child’s medicine in the box and having to drive all the way back. Maybe if they stop gossiping and pay attention this wouldn’t have happen. Luckily it wasn’t a life threatening. #DoBetter
