After standing in line for 35 minutes at the pharmacy, I was finally helped by an inefficient new person. I have been the new girl so i can give some lee way, however when I called 8 hours later to see if my medications were ready, they had no record of me ever requesting one. I ended up requesting to have my DAILY, NEEDED medication prescription filled AGAIN over the phone.I am from out of town, and need this medication to function. If I suddenly stop using it, I couldn’t even drive to pick it up. I was there Friday. Here it is Sunday and no meds.If Walgreen’s goal is to make people feel like they don’t matter, then they have reached their goal.
