The help that Claudette and Leilani gave me went beyond my expectations. They both provided prompt service for me. These two were not able to provide me with a rental truck since I don’t own one, but checked every HD nearby looking for a rental. They didn’t have to do that. They could have just said we don’t have one and sent me ony way.They told me they could set aside my purchases (which took me an hour to look for because of all the items needed,$420 purchase) and said they would hold it for me until I got back with the truck. Fortunately I saw a friend in the parking lot that helped me and took everything home for me.These two professional courteous assets to your company and local’ were the best today! There is an older man there that is super grumpy and cold with me evertime I go through the south exit. I always go to another line when I see him, but Klaudette and Leilani were on point. I love my local Home Depot on Dennery.By the way I called the store back after an hour of leaving there and asked for the PRO Desk and I was transferred to Klaudette immediately. That’s how I know her name is Klaudette with a K and not a C. Interesting. Thanks again Dennery HD. You always come through.

Was convenient………I went for an item that was low on stock in a couple of store’s………i paid at the store I ordered from………was ready to pick up by the time I drove to the other store……..no searching around in an unfamiliar store……..in and out……..just have your receipt and id ready……..
