Incredibly pleased by the dedicated service I received from Jorge. I came in with the intention of upgrading my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 12, but I ended up receiving more than what I bargained for. Jorge was not only patient and thorough when walking us through how to decide the best plan for me and my family, but he handled every question with patience and grace. I came with skepticism but ended up leaving with full confidence that he truly had our best interest in mind. There were a few hiccups with our plan, but I’ll be back tomorrow to tie up some loose ends and pick up that iPhone 12. I’m super grateful he chose to go the extra mile and even spend the extra 1.5 hrs answering all our questions. I definitely recommend asking for him when you come by!
