Never use this as your UPS Amazon Return Drop-off location! I dropped off a few package in 2020 and 2 of them were lost. I have to be re-charged for not returning the package for $500 by Amazon. I have learned my lesson and hope the others don’t make the wrong decision as I did.

Young lady that’s works there, very disrespectful and unprofessional, should not be working there with that type of attitude. I paid for 2day shipping and it changed to 6day shipping, and I asked for a refund for the delay. And she told me “No there is absolutely no way we can give you a refund at all” I said so I just lost my money and didn’t get the services I paid for, and she said yeah basically sorry. Very unprofessional
