I have a package i ordered from amazon to be shipped to my PO box. Never had an issue until it came to fedex. They sent my product to an address i do NOT live at. When i asked them why they did this they said we do not ship to a PO box. If that is so, why ship to an address i do NOT live at!? They say it is not their fault and to talk to amazon. Amazon is going to blame Fedex who is to blame… And their employee (whos name i did not get but it was an old lady with white hair) told me to and i quote maybe try before you complain ABSOLUTE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Severely unorganized, understaffed and overworked employees. Waited for an hour and a half for them to locate my package. The only thing that helped me keep it together were the two ladies trying desperately to find the package. They were so embarrassed and felt really bad. I fet bad for them. I hope they get the support they need.
